One of the great values of teaching is to support people to feel their most whole and happy with the ability to skillfully navigate the demands of everyday life.  When we can include the more subtle practices of yoga (Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation) as part of our teaching, we can enrich the experience for our students and empower them to live better off the mat as well.  

In SOULFUL, we dive deep into the study of Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation leading up to a certification in teaching these mindfulness practices.  

In this module you will:

  • Practice the art and technique of guiding Pranayama 

  • Become a qualified teacher of Yoga Nidra

  • Delve into the “science” and grace of Savasana

  • Become certified to teach and guide modern day Meditations

  • Learn the science behind Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation

  • Harness the power mindfulness to skillfully navigate classroom energetics 

  • Develop your own soul practice incorporating Pranayama, Relaxation Techniques and Meditation

SOULFUL can be taken independently or as a part of your YA 300HR certification.  With our unique curriculum and pay per module pricing, modules can be taken in any order.
